Robert E. "Bob" Maxey, Jr., J.D. & Associates
Bob is a Florida State Supreme Court Certified County, Circuit-Civil, and Family Mediator. He has been working with Fortune 100 and Big Four Accounting firms for more than 10 years with successful negotiation and advocacy skills. He holds a Juris Doctor from Regent University and has extensive training in court and alternative dispute resolution programs. Competencies include complex business negotiations, contracts, real estate, residential foreclosures, personal injury, and family law. Bob is on the rosters to conduct residential foreclosure mediation in the 11th, 13th, and 19th Circuits.
Bob and his wife, Becky, have been married 14 years and have 2 children: Robert and Megan. He founded Higher Ground Mediation to exemplify the highest standards of ethics, accountability, and competent mediation practice. Bob has a number of associates who are highly competent in other areas - together we can handle all of your dispute resolution needs.
